Bryan Elliott serves as chief executive officer of 406 Bovine, Inc., a technology company providing software services to the cattle industry globally. Bryan is a member of the 406 Bovine board of directors and is driven to continuously improve operations within the industry through technology advancements.

Prior to serving as CEO of 406 Bovine, Bryan managed large cattle operations from cow-calf to yearling operations and feedlot cattle. Bryan is motivated to provide superior technology improvements to the cattle industry which support the evolution of cattle management technology. Bryan is a purpose-driven leader fueled by a passion for building industry-leading teams, engaging key professionals, and producing next-generation technology.

A native of central Washington, Bryan managed cattle operations in south central Montana. Bryan currently resides in Katy, Texas.

Forrest L. Roberts currently serves as the President & Chief Executive Officer of an online cattle marketplace, Central Stockyards. Since January 2019, he has led all technology application development efforts for this new and innovative startup business representing a unique platform and portfolio of exchanges for marketing all classes of cattle. Roberts recently acquired the ownership of Central Stockyards in March 2023.

Roberts is also the Principal and Managing Member of his own agribusiness consulting firm, K3 Ventures, LLC that he founded in August 2015. Through his agribusiness consulting firm, he currently serves as the Executive Chairman of the Board for 406 Bovine, Inc., an innovative startup company that has developed a patented facial recognition technology for animals.

Previously, Roberts served as the President & Chief Executive Officer of AgStrata, LLC from June 2017 through December 2018. Prior to AgStrata, Roberts served as the Chief Executive Officer of the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association (NCBA), a role he held from January 2009 through July 2015. For the previous 16 years, Roberts held several marketing and sales positions in two global animal health companies. He started with Upjohn Animal Health in 1992 and remained with the company through two mergers with Pharmacia Animal Health and later Pfizer Animal Health. In 2004, Roberts left Pfizer to join Elanco Animal Health where he served as the marketing manager for Elanco’s Beef Business Unit.

Roberts grew up on a family-owned, diversified livestock operation in Uvalde, Texas. He worked with his family when their operation expanded to include a retail meat market for fresh, locally grown, corn-fed beef and pork. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from Texas A&M University in 1992 and a Master of Business Administration from University of North Carolina in 1999.

Roberts founded ARB Cattle Company, LLC in 2021 focused on producing American Red beef cattle, a new composite breed consisting of Red Angus and Santa Gertridus genetics. He and his wife Janet are also engaged in raising registered red and black Angus cattle through K3 Cattle Company, LLC a partnership that involves their three daughters: Kylie, Kinley and Kalleigh.

Justin has spent his entire career in the Ag Industry. Justin grew up and worked on the Padlock Ranch in Wyoming. Following Padlock, he worked in the farm machinery industry with John Deere managing various segments of their operations. In recent years, he was President and GM of Sunlight Ranches. Since Sunlight, Justin has been working with his son in their consulting business and as Bayer’s Western Ranch Segment Manager with a commitment to the ranching industry and in providing solutions to increase efficiency and profitability for the Agriculture Industry.

Agriculture and related businesses are key to our state and nation’s success. It starts with our producers and I am there to make sure they have the financial necessities for their operation to succeed and continue in the future.

Dr. Dumm has been practicing large animal veterinary medicine since graduating from the University of Florida in 1995. In the meantime, he developed and patented a pasteurization system for dairies to feed milk and colostrum back to calves, thus breaking the cycle of disease transmission from cow to calf. Dairy Tech, Inc was formed for this task in 1999. Since then, he has patented and trademarked a dozen ideas and formed a team to do design work, manufacturing, marketing, and sales. The company maintains an office in China to manage raw material manufacturing. With sales in nearly 40 countries, Rick has had the opportunity to travel and learn about agriculture worldwide.

After retiring from the banking industry in 2020, John became COO of Dairy Tech, Inc (DTI).  John has been involved with DTI since its inception in 1999 as an investor and advisor to Dr. Dumm.  DTI is a company that provides dairy operations with a complete colostrum management system for newborn calves.  Over the years, John has been part of the DTI Board of Directors with input on strategic initiates both domestically and internationally.    He is part of the leadership team that ensures execution of the operational strategies of the Company.  During John’s banking career working for First National Bank of Omaha, GE Capital and Fifth Third Bank, he was involved in business development and territory management calling on C-Suite executives in a group of diverse Agriculture industries.  John Graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with a degree in Business Finance and Sales Management.  John grew up around agriculture and currently owns a small cow calf Angus operation with his wife.  He is excited that many Ag segments are working through advancements in technology to drive additional value to both producers and consumers.  John is excited to be part the diverse 406 Bovine team that is focused and driven to revolutionize livestock management systems.
